Kasia’s interest in design and architecture was born from an early age while growing up in Poland. She was surrounded and influenced by the craftsmanship of her family and a culture of ‘making’. Her family’s carpentry business grew alongside her engagement with the processes of turning concepts into buildability, shortly followed by technical drawing competitions and awards.
Kasia graduated from Architecture with merits at Greenwich University and gained her professional qualifications from the prestigious Architectural Association in London.
Since joining Apt in 2010, she has been working on several high profile, complex and innovative projects within residential, affordable and student accommodation sectors. Amongst those are 39 luxury apartments and penthouses in Park House, Mayfair, a mix of over 400 private and affordable apartments and penthouses in Merchant Square, Paddington, 300 private and affordable apartments as part of redevelopment of the Fulham Gasworks site, and a mixed-use scheme with over 650 student accommodation in the City of London.
Kasia is a Project Architect at Apt, she is driven by implementing technical design strategies with great attention to detail for project delivery. She also enjoys working alongside other professions like planners, engineers, designers and manufacturers.
