Granted planning consent in 2018, Apt have worked with bespoke fabricators Weber Industries and Expedition Engineering Ltd, to develop the pre-fabricated modules, which came complete with insulated cladding, roofing, services, kitchen, ceilings, internal partitions and fixed joinery.
Having been meticulously planned over a number of months, the three units were lifted in over an 8 hour period and fitted perfectly, much to everyone’s joy and relief! The on-site team are now working through glazing the facade and finishing the internal fit-out, ready for occupation in the coming weeks.
