The beautiful Edwardian building was built in 1903 and sits on Hortensia Road between Fulham Broadway and the Kings Road. Design inspiration was taken from the original Edwardian Baroque architecture of the 19th Century, retaining and enhancing the character of the building to create a historically sensitive, yet dynamic and refined design.
The 18 individually crafted apartments echo the original symmetry and layout of the building along with the existing corridors and amenity spaces which remain spacious. Rooms benefit from the characterful architecture and detailing from the original build with large windows and tall ceilings.
"The entire refurbishment of this Listed building has been meticulously considered from the outset. We wanted to ensure that all materials used complimented the original features inside and out whilst integrating the new elements. This impressive building is now back to its former glory."
