James has led cross-disciplinary teams, building strong client and consultant relationships along the way. Beyond project delivery, James fosters a collaborative studio culture, mentors junior staff, and values architecture that balances clear design intent with strategic thinking and a people-focused approach.  

Outside the studio, he can usually be found hunting down the best local food and wine or exploring the countryside, always ready for adventure.
