Originally from Hong Kong, Thomas completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Hong Kong before moving to Copenhagen to pursue his Master’s at the Royal Danish Academy. His design approach is grounded in experimentation and performance, often working through physical testing and drawing from natural systems. Through this process, he develops architecture that responds closely to its environment, resulting in solutions that are both technically precise and sensitive to context.

Before joining Apt, Thomas focused on design competitions across a wide range of projects, from residential and public buildings to commercial and larger-scale mixed-use developments. He worked at multiple Danish architecture firms based in Copenhagen, contributing to a range of high-profile international projects.  

Outside the studio, Thomas is an avid fan of sci-fi books and films, often drawing inspiration from imagined futures. He also enjoys playing badminton and closely follows basketball.
