The Studio Manager's role is varied. Diana oversees the support departments; finance, marketing and communication and IT, as well as her main focus which is people management (recruiting, training, learning and development), facilities management and governance.
Before joining Apt Diana worked with estate agents, mortgage brokers, textile designers, interior designers and architects focused on conservation.
Diana feels that Apt is a perfect size company with a fun and brilliant team delivering big punches in terms of scale of projects and standards of delivery.
