Raj joined Apt as our Financial Controller in 2020 (now Head of Finance) after working in the music industry for over 35 years. He brings with him a diverse skill set having performed in finance, technical, creative, management and coaching roles during his varied career.

He has a passion for working with creative and technical teams and has a desire to contribute valuable strategic insight into driving the business forward.

Raj has further expanded his skills by qualifying as a Coach and Mentor specialising in Confidence and Achievement and now spends part of his week coaching and mentoring individuals on a one-to-one basis.
