Stefanie joined Apt in 2022 as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she was inspired by the city’s duality between modern architecture and unique cultural heritage, which prompted her interest for the built environment.

Throughout her undergraduate degree at the Bartlett School of Architecture, Stefanie focused on socially driven architecture and designing for the human experience. She developed illustration and animation skills during a gap year in 2020, which have strongly supplemented her architectural designs since she returned to her studies the following year.

She also dabbled in freelance product and graphic design jobs for various organisations in Hong Kong. She believes such multidisciplinary skills offer a refreshing approach to architectural design-thinking.

Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys boxing, yoga, and hiking. On weekends you can find her café hopping or at museums and galleries.
