Integra House is a four-storey office building in the heart of Wimbledon, only a few metres from the station which had lain empty for some time. This presented the perfect opportunity to breathe a new lease of life into the building, creating 15 high-quality studio apartments in the heart of a busy urban centre.
Much of the building’s fabric, both façade and structure have been retained, with thermal upgrades to the façade and windows to improve comfort and bring the building up to modern day standards. Reflecting the building’s former life as an office, all living spaces and bedrooms enjoy huge full width glazing.
Thoughtful space planning and high-specification details and materials continue throughout. Generous bathrooms with large walk-in showers and bespoke solid timber joinery maximises storage space.
