Sitting between the well-established London neighbourhoods of Soho, Bloomsbury and Covent Garden, The Earnshaw is a highly contextual architectural response to a complex site.

  • Providing nine-storeys of exemplary office accommodation above ground floor retail, the scheme has been developed with a focus on the wellbeing of its occupants.

    A daylit circulation feature stair connects lift lobbies, whilst numerous external terraces are accessed from the floorplates. 

    The introduction of a new arcade route through the middle of the site, combined with more generous pavement widths and shared surfaces aims to increase pedestrian permeability through and around the scheme.

    The building is designed as a best-in-class office building, incorporating smart technology and WELL standards to appeal to the broadest range of occupiers.
