The new Level 6 Architecture Apprenticeship, a first for Apt, will enable our new apprentices to achieve RIBA Part 1 while also working in practice. This approach provides paid, fully funded work experience and academic training, alongside benefitting from the expertise and mentoring that Apt can provide. Angel and Holly are both undertaking their studies at London South Bank University.
Studio leader, Jason Geen
, explains the importance of the new initiative for the studio. “We are thrilled to welcome Angel and Holly to the Apt family. This is an exciting time for the studio and reinforces our commitment to developing our workplace culture, talent pipeline and supporting inclusion in the industry. By removing the prohibitive costs associated with architectural training, we are creating a much more open, inclusive and diverse route into the industry.”
