John joined Apt in 2021 with over 20 years of experience gained from working both in the UK and Internationally. The majority of this experience has been leading large scale commercial, mixed use and hospitality projects for Architectural Practices such as Heatherwick Studio, Woods Bagot, Aedas and EPR.

His UK projects include Cat A office developments at 90 & 60 Whitfield Street in London and the refurbishment of the refreshment department in the House of Lords. International projects include Boulevard Plaza a twin tower (36 and 30 storey) commercial office with a shared mixed-use, 7 storey podium in Downtown Dubai, La Ville Hotel a 5-star 156 key luxury hotel in Citywalk Dubai and Minthis Hills, a luxury residential resort with central mixed use village and luxury spa in Paphos Cyprus.

Since joining Apt, John has been working on The Earnshaw and Medius House which is a 260,000 sq.ft. office-led mixed-use scheme in central London and is currently on site.
