The regenerated market will become a new heart and destination for Shepherds Bush, a place to live, work and play, building a sense of ownership and pride whilst encouraging a shared community spirit.
The proposal provides 215 residential apartments above retail, an extension to the market for 60 new businesses, and a new outreach centre for the charity Broadway St Mungo, including a new library and theatre.
Support spaces have also been provided to service the proposed uses including extensive recycling facilities, landscaping, and public open space.
