Mark is skilled at understanding complex, mixed-use briefs, which look to not only create inspiring places to live, work and socialise, but also ensuring these uses engage with a wider public realm, creating animation and vibrancy around the base of a building.
At Apt, Mark is a Project Leader, and a member of the Operations Board, he is responsible for some of the practices most complex schemes, including the development of several of the phases of the Merchant Square masterplan, a long-term project with a mix of uses being delivered across 4 iconic buildings in the heart of Paddington.
Recent projects include Castlewood House, a 260,000sqft office-led mixed-use scheme in central London, and 66 Hammersmith Road, a 250,000 sq.ft. office led mixed-use space which includes the potential for affordable co-working and community workshops.
Mark joined Apt in 2010 following a career developed at Farrells, during this time Mark worked on several high profile and complex large-scale masterplans including the 700 apartment Lots Road development and the office-led mixed-use scheme at Regents Place, Euston Road.
