Chapter House, a tasteful, Victorian building originally designed by Gibson & Russell in 1893, lies in the heart of Covent Garden’s Seven Dials Conservation Area and has been transformed by Apt to offer 40 wonderfully unique apartments. Despite the building’s prestigious location, it lay unoccupied for many years, hindered by tight and unsympathetic accommodation.
Working alongside our client, Londonewcastle, and exciting creative collaborators including AKT II, Scotch Partners and Andy Sturgeon, we have carefully reinstated a new building, retaining the historic façade, which is reflective of its potential and location.
Each apartment within has its own playfulness and individuality to thrill future residents for years to come, including the beautiful penthouse, exclusively styled by Elle Decoration.
